Dear Sam, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the memorable Whroo weekend the other week.
I had a great time and enjoyed friendly company, fun and laughter. Much appreciated. As you say the Hilton is half star, you're organised weekend, welcome and friendliness is 5 star. The horse riding was awesome and I loved both Claude and Vice, as each adds to my riding and learning experience. I'll confirm that I will attend the Winter Drinks Party on 22nd June, also confirm the weekend, Christmas in July 22nd & 23rd. Bye for now, have a great week. Gabrielle Eccles

Bush Polo Weekend - 2005

Dear Sam, I can't thank you enough for your warm welcome into the Bush Polo family. What a great and memorable weekend! The best fun ever! Dear Sam, Thank-you for a lovely weekend. It was so relaxing for us and the young horses went well.
The Saturday night meal was scrumptious and the fellow singing and playing the guitar was great. We all enjoyed the weekend and just wish there were more country polo weekends. The clay-bird shoot too was great fun. Thanks again. Greg, Janice and all the crew at Yaloak.

Bush Polo Weekend - 2004

G'Day Sam, Just a quick note of appreciation regarding the Polo Day. Jill & I were two of the people that were guests of MercedesBenz of Melbourne at the Polo on the 14th. We both appreciated that due to the condition of the field having a polo match or even a polocrosse match was far to dangerous for horse and rider. But - and here is the big BUT.......... We had such a fantastic day - the catering, the other events that were organised, the helicopter flights - everything was organised and handled in a manner that one has come to expect from "bushies" - you know - lets just make it a fun and enjoyable day. We were both impressed with the way everyone there just mingled and had a good time. We appreciated that things didn't go as planned but in typical bush fashion we just didn't let it spoil our day. Others from the Mercedes group were of the same opinion. I don't know how you guys managed to actually pull it all together - but - you did - and you did it in a seamless manner. The day we were there was one of the best days out we have had in a long time. I know two people who will make it a point to go for the full weekend next year.We had a ball. Dear Sam, Am writing to say " congratulations" & thankyou, on the wonderful day we enjoyed at the Whroo, polo day on Sunday. Hi Sam, How are you recovering !! Just a quick note to thank-you for your hospitality and entertainment yesterday. Despite the disappointment of no polo the other events still made the day interactive and amazing, especially the parachuters & stretcher race. We were very impressed with the catering set up and quality of the food - nice job considering the conditions. One consolation was it didn't rain! ... The weather is the only thing beyond our control. I think your event has good potential to grow and develop over the years, drawing on horsey people from Shepparton - Bendigo - Benalla and Echuca and Melbs as well as polo teams. I have 5 girls interested in participating in the learn to play polo event in December. Cheers Katrina Tehan.
